Our new agent training program, The Road to Success, is specifically designed to help agents become familiar with the language of real estate, proper use of forms, transaction procedures and the effective use of technology and marketing services. New agents learn on the job, shadowing open houses, inspections, and closings. Fact-finding road trips to the county Registry of Deeds, town halls, and environmental testing companies help new agents better understand these important resources. New agents will also meet with mortgage lenders and title companies to get a more in-depth view of what types of the services they offer, and the role they play in the real estate sales process.
Experienced agents will have ongoing advanced sales and internet marketing training to
gain better online exposure of their listings and their business services.
Continuing education classes and in-house training sessions are held monthly in our Stratham office conference room and cover a broad range of topics.
